We are hiring an experienced Coffee Shop / Café Manager to lead the full coffee operation for a coffee shop in the South Dublin area. This is a hands-on management role for someone with strong experience, commercial awareness, and the ability to take ownership of the operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for running the coffee shop day to day, including ordering, supplier management, menu input, staff rosters, customer service,stock control, workflow improvements, and maintaining high standards across the operation.

Manage the full daily coffee shop operation / Lead, train, and support coffee shop staff / Create staff rosters and manage shift cover / Handle ordering, stock control, and supplier relationships / Negotiate better pricing and discounts where possible Help shape the menu, product range, and service style / Maintain high standards of coffee, food, hygiene, and presentation / Deal professionally with customers and resolve issues / Improve workflows to make the coffee shop faster, cleaner, and more efficient / Track wastage, stock usage, and operating costs. The ideal candidate has several years of café, coffee shop, or hospitality management experience. Has experience managing staff, rosters, suppliers, and stock. Understands coffee service, food service, and customer experience Is commercially minded and can control costs. Takes initiative and solves problems quickly Is organised, reliable, and calm under pressure. Cares about presentation, cleanliness, and service quality.

Previous experience in a café manager, coffee shop manager, hospitality manager, or similar leadership role is necessary. Barista experience is a requirement, as is proven ability to manage a full operation and lead a team.
