Matt, a co-founder of Helios Sauna, holds a Master’s in mechanical engineering and has been steering the company’s operations since 2023. Driven by a deep-seated interest in wellness, he is dedicated to making communal sauna culture approachable and inclusive for a wide audience.

As a co-founder with a Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Miko has been at the helm of Helios Sauna since 2023. He blends his technical expertise with a passion for leisure to lead the design and development of groundbreaking, social-centric sauna environments.

Fintan serves as Head of Strategy and Development, bringing his consulting expertise to Helios Sauna since joining a company in 2025. He spearheads the brand's expansion while exploring how wellness hubs can redefine modern social interaction and the cultural significance of the sauna experience.

Gráinne joined the team in 2025 as Head of Finance, leveraging her background as a Chartered Accountant and Tax Advisor to oversee the company’s fiscal health. She is a firm believer in the power of wellness and fitness spaces to foster a balanced and healthy way of living.
