Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Helios Sauna Limited, we value your time and are committed to providing an exceptional service experience. Please read our cancellation, refund, and late arrival policy carefully before booking your session.
1. Cancellations

24 hours’ notice or more:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling (subject to availability). -
Less than 24 hours’ notice:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are not eligible for a refund. -
No-shows:
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be deemed a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
2. Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment and are subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment cannot be accommodated and will be treated as a cancellation.
3. Late Arrivals
Please ensure you arrive on time for your session.
All sessions will finish at the originally scheduled time, regardless of any late arrival, to avoid inconvenience to subsequent clients.
No extensions or partial refunds will be provided for time lost due to late arrival.
4. Refunds
Where applicable, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe following confirmation of cancellation.
