Welcome to Helios Sauna Limited.
By booking or using our facilities, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service, which are designed to ensure your safety, comfort, and the smooth operation of our premises. Please read them carefully before making a booking or visiting our facilities.

1. Health, Safety & Booking Terms

At Helios Sauna, your health, safety, and well-being are our top priorities. All guests are required to review and agree to the following terms before using our facilities.

1.1 General Health Precautions

  • Medical Conditions: If you have any pre-existing medical condition (including but not limited to heart disease, high or low blood pressure, respiratory issues, or other serious health concerns), please consult your doctor before using our facilities.

  • Pregnancy: Pregnant individuals should not use the sauna, cold plunge, or hot tub unless expressly approved by a qualified healthcare professional.

  • Alcohol & Substances: Guests must not use the facilities while under the influence of alcohol or any substance that may impair judgement or physical ability.

  • Hydration: Ensure you are adequately hydrated before and after your session. If you feel dizzy, light-headed, or unwell at any time, exit the facilities immediately and seek assistance.

2. Facility Use & Conduct

All guests are expected to use the facilities responsibly and with respect for others.

  • Staff Instructions: Guests must follow all instructions given by staff at all times.

  • Hygiene: A shower must be taken before entering the sauna or plunge pool to maintain cleanliness.

  • Time Limits:

    • Sauna sessions are limited to 10 minutes per interval, with breaks in between.

    • Cold plunge use is limited to 3 minutes per session.

  • Attire: Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times.

  • Glassware: No glass or breakable items are permitted within or around the facilities.

  • Towel Use: A towel must be used to sit on while inside the sauna. This is mandatory for hygiene purposes.

3. Cancellation, Refund & Late Arrivals

  • Cancellations (24 hours or more notice): Eligible for a full refund or rescheduling, subject to availability.

  • Cancellations (less than 24 hours notice): No refund will be issued.

  • No-shows: No refund will be issued for missed appointments.

  • Rescheduling: Must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability.

  • Late Arrivals: Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time. No extensions or partial refunds will be provided for late arrivals.

4. Lost & Found Policy

At Helios Sauna, we understand that belongings may occasionally be misplaced. While we will make reasonable efforts to return lost property, Helios Sauna cannot accept liability for any lost or found items on the premises.

  • Towels: For hygiene reasons, any wet towels left behind will be discarded at the end of each day.

  • Clothing & Swimwear: Items such as shorts or swimwear will be retained for a maximum of 3 days before being discarded if unclaimed.

  • Valuables: Items considered valuable (e.g. jewellery, wallets, phones, keys, bottles) will be stored securely for up to 7 days before disposal.

  • Claiming Lost Property:
    To claim a lost item, please email saunahelios@gmail.com or call the relevant Helios Sauna location, providing a clear description of the item. Once identified, the item must be collected within 7 days. Unclaimed items will be disposed of thereafter.

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability

By booking and using our facilities, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • Inherent Risks: Sauna and cold plunge use involve inherent risks, including overheating, dehydration, dizziness, and injury.

  • Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all associated risks, except in cases of negligence or wilful misconduct by Helios Sauna.

  • Health Acknowledgement: You confirm that you are in good health and physically fit to use the facilities.

  • Liability Waiver: Helios Sauna Limited, its owners, and employees are not responsible for any injuries, health complications, or property loss arising from the use of our facilities.

6. Age Restriction & Entry Rights

  • Over 18s Only: By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you and all members of your group are aged 18 or over.

  • Right to Refuse Entry: Helios Sauna reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any individual who breaches these terms or engages in unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour.

8. Amendments to These Terms

Helios Sauna Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
All changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
