Meet Matt Burke from Wexford and Mikolaj Piotrowski from Bray. Our paths first crossed studying Engineering at Trinity College Dublin.

After discovering the transformative benefits of cold plunges, we began restoring old whiskey barrels for this unique therapy. Our quest for a tranquil space for physical and mental rejuvenation led us to the charming fisherman cottage in Bray.

In just six short weeks, we turned a derelict old fisherman's cottage into a fully functional outdoor sauna and cold plunge facility, located on the picturesque Bray seafront in Ireland.

The restoration of this cottage into a haven for mental wellness is a testament to our commitment to promoting positive mental health. We believe that investing in mental well-being is investing in a brighter future.
